EULA - End User License Agreement

SHAREWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT This Shareware License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Scifi Therapy Studios LLC ("Licensor") for the use of the shareware software product ("Software"). 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for evaluation purposes only. The Software is provided in shareware form and contains limited features and functionality. 2. PAYMENT FOR FULL LICENSE. To access all features and functionality of the Software, you must purchase a full license. Payment for the full license must be made to Licensor or its authorized reseller in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement. 3. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP. The Software is owned by Licensor and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. 4. TERM AND TERMINATION. This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing the use of the Software. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 7. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 8. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Licensor. By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
